Instructions for use
- For a relaxing and revitalizing atmosphere add 5 drops of essential oil to the ceramic diffuser.
- To fight stress and depression add 6-8 drops of essential oil to warm water and relax in the bathtub for at least 10 minutes.
- To treat acne add 15 drops of essential oil to 50ml of carrier oil of your choice.
- To soothe sore throat and stimulate the immune system put 6-10 drops of essential oil onto a tissue and take deep breaths.
